Happy Everything

Hi everyone and welcome to the first sneak peek day of the ...

Over the next 3 days we will reveal the new June 2014 Clearly Whimsy Stamps products. We are releasing 6 new clear stamp sets and 6 coordinating die/die sets this week, and they will be available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store and selected Whimsy Stamps retailers on Saturday. This month we are thrilled to welcome Jen Carter and Becky Carafa as our Guest Designers. Jen and Becky will be joining us for our 3 day release event and sharing their wonderful creations featuring our June release. Welcome girls! Today we are revealing the HAPPY EVERYTHING 4x6 stamp set together with its coordinating die sets, PLUS the DISTRESSED BACKGROUNDS AND INK SPLATS 4x6 stamp set. Hop on over to the Whimsy blog for more details.

For my first card, I used the stamp set Happy Everything and the Party Time Die set. This stamp set has lots of options for creating your cards and the dies coordinate perfectly.

I stamped the celebrate word stamp using Memento Lady Bug, Lilac Posies, and Tangelo in alternating rows. Then I stamped the balloons and used the dies to cut out two of the stamps and used Olba glue to pop those up. Then I stamped the balloon strings.

This card fits the challenge at CAS Sunday of Birthdays.

And for this card I have used the Distressed Background and Ink Splats along with the already released stamp set Happy Hello. The sentiment is from a new set that will be revealed tomorrow. ;)

Again, I have used Memento inks, this time in the Tuxedo Black, Bahama Blue, Pear Tart, and Dandelion colors. I've randomly stamped the circles, stars, and the background images to create this fun card for my son's 5th grade graduation.

PRIZE ALERT ... We have hidden a fabulous prize of a $15 GIFT CERTIFICATE at one of the stops on today’s hop! We will draw the lucky winner from the comments left on today’s design team posts (listed below), so be sure to visit everyone and leave a comment to be entered into the draw:

Hope to see you again tomorrow for Day 2 of our release sneak peeks!
