I was hoping to get this card posted a lot earlier than this, but here it is after 4pm and I'm only just getting to it now. Been one of those days when all the plans just aren't working they way I want them too. But, can't complain as it's been a fairly good day. Hope you're having a nice day too!
This card was made using an image I received in a swap along with some new BasicGrey Origins papers. I'm really loving these but I'm out of card stock to go with them after this card! Time for a Stampin' Up! workshop!
I started out using the sketch from A Spoon Full of Sugar, but then realized that I didn't have a way to make big hearts, so I used flowers instead. I've distressed my papers with scissors and then used some lace ribbon and and a pretty green ribbon with ruffly edges. I embellished with Prima flowers and roses and brads for the corners. The sentiment is from SU! short and sweet with stickles added here and there for shimmer!This card fits the challenges at:
