PRIZE ALERT ...
We have hidden a fabulous prize of a $25 GIFT CERTIFICATE at one of the stops on today’s hop! We will draw the lucky winner from the comments left here and on today’s design team posts (listed below), so be sure to visit everyone and leave a comment to be entered into the draw.
One of the cards I have for today uses the new
Scandi Christmas stamps and the
Christmas Large Word Die.
I used memento inks to create the border and then stamped the snowflakes using Versamark ink. This was a very quick and easy card to make. Lots of possibilities with these new Christmas sets. The Christmas word was created with the die and Big Shot, then glued in place. The cardstock is all SU!.
My second card uses
Christmas Greetings and the
Christmas Large Word Die as well as the
Stitched Border Trio die set. And this card fits the our theme at
ShowCASe Your Style challenges.
I used red and white SU! cardstock and a piece of vellum. The sentiment was stamped in black ink and the snowflakes in Versamark ink and then heat embossed with silver powder. I also used some glue and super fine silver glitter to shine up my edges on the top layer. The Christmas Word die cut was made using the Christmas word die and the Big Shot, then glued in place.
Be sure to stop by and see what the other DT members have created today too and remember to leave comments for your chance to win the prize! And if you are up for a CAS challenge, please join us at ShowCASe Your Style!
