Hello All and Happy Thursday!I have a card to share with you that I made for the blog candy challenge on Cammie's Blog. Cammie is a designer for Gina K and gives proceeds from one of her stamp sets to help the Alzheimer's Association. She is currently holding a drawing for donated goodies worth over $1000! Can you believe it!
Cammie is promoting awareness for World Alzheimer's Day and in doing so she is asking that anyone who would like to enter her blog candy make a special card for a caretaker. You can send this card to someone you know or to an address Cammie has listed on her blog. This is for a great cause, so why not hop over there and check it out!
The card I made uses a Whiff of Joy image. I colored her with watercolor crayons and an aquapainter and dusted her wings with glitter. Then I mounted her to a petite scalloped circle cut with my Nestabilities. The cardstock colors are Chocolate Chip, More Mustard, Ruby Red, and Old Olive. I added paper flowers, rhinestone brads, silver brads, and twill tape to accent my card. The sentiment is from Fresh Cuts.
