Whimsy Sneak Peek - Maya Blowing Bubbles

Good Morning!

Hope you're having a great week so far. The weather around here has been just beautiful! It's hard to stay inside, that's why my card was so late yesterday. But today, I'm ready early and a sneak peek at a new image from the brand new Whimsy Stamps Digital Stamp Collection! We are releasing this new collection for purchase on the 12th of April, but all this week you will be getting sneak peeks at the new images from the Whimsy DT, so be sure to visit their blogs too.

My first sneak peek is at Maya Blowing Bubbles, illustrated by Crissy Armstrong. I just adore this sweet and innocent little girl, she's so adorable. And she makes for a really great Spring and Summer image too.

I've colored her with Copics and then added some Crystal Effects to the bubbles to create a shiny wet look. The papers on this card are from BG's Lime Rickey pack and I paired them with navy and turquoise card stock. The sketch is from this week's Basic Grey Challenges. I've created some embossed bubbles with the bubbles CB folder on the yellow paper. I've embellished with ribbon, flowers, roses, and sticky gems.
