Happy Monday! Hope you had a nice weekend. We did a bit of redecorating at our house and then some cleaning. Not much time for crafting sadly.
I'll be attending a craft fair this coming Saturday with a couple of my besties and we plan to sell some cards and other handmade items at our table. I was looking for a fun way to use up some scraps and create something to take to the fair. So I made little matchbook candy treats! And talk about super easy too!
Ellie's blog, she did a cute Halloween treat for her Stamp Something project last week. I was able to use a bunch of the 3" wide piece of card stock that are left from making 5 1/2" square cards and then some designer papers. You cut the card stock to 3" x 8 1/2" and then score at 3/4" and 5". Fold on the scores, decorate and then stuff with candy and staple closed. You can also make belly bands, but I wanted quick and easy. I've filled my matchbooks with Ghirardelli chocolate squares. Yummm! The sentiments are all from Whimsy Stamps.
Thanks for dropping by today! Hope you have a great evening and a fabby Tuesday.
