Strawberries!

Good Morning!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I have a quick project to share today. It's one I've made for my design work for Layers of Color. It's a woven cardstock basket!

Laura, the owner of Layers of Color, sent me a link to a blog where there's a tutorial for making these cute little baskets.

I chose to make my basket using white cardstock and the Layers of Color stamp set, Garden Borders. This strawberry patch stamp works perfectly with this basket. I completed the basket with red circle rhinestone brads. There's also a tutorial for making paper strawberries to fill the basket, but I haven't attempted those yet!

Thanks for stopping by today, hope you have a nice day! Happy creating! :)

Fabulous idea. This would make an adorable treat basket for halloween too! I might have to give this a try for my grand daughters pre-school class! Excellent and thank you for sharing.
