Just a quick post today to share the card I made for this week's Whiff of Joy challenge. We have family visiting, but while they were out shopping yesterday I had some time to finish up some cards.
The new Whiff challenge was to use black and white and a splash of one other color. Well, I think I may have cheated a bit and added a touch more than a splash! Looking at it now it's more pink than the black and white. It was still a challenge to try coloring in only those shades.
I used this Willow with Umbrella image and colored her with dark gray and pink Copics. The papers are BasicGrey. The white piece was embossed with the Swirls folder and the CB. I also made a tag with the Labels set of Nesties, which I hadn't used yet. I think I bought them months ago and totally forgot! The flowers are paper with fabric rose centers. I cut the wire off the roses and added a bunch of crystal effects to the back and then held it to the card for a few minutes and so far so good! No unravelling!Thanks for stopping by!
