Another week already half over, hope it's been a good one for you! I've got family visiting this week, which has been really nice. Hope you're doing something fun too!
Today, Whimsy Stamps is sponsoring the Truly Scrumptious Challenge! Our DT member Michele created a very fun sketch for the challenge along with one other must! Not only do you need to follow the sketch, but you also need to create a card for a child. If you enter, there will be a chance to win some Whimsy goodies, so head on over there now and join the fun!
I created this card using Michele's sketch and used my Whimsy Love You Mice to make a card for my kids. I colored the image with Copics and went over the letters with Twinkling H2Os to create some shimmer. The papers are BasicGrey Marrakech and SU! cardstocks.
I did a lot of distressed edges on this one and used many different ribbons to create some texture. I also added some brads, metal accents, paper piercing, and paper flowers with chipboard heart centers. The hearts were painted with craft ink and then I embossed them with white EP and the heat tool.Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you enjoy the rest of your Wednesday!
