Hope you had a nice weekend. The weather here was beautiful so we spent most of our time outdoors in the yard. Because of the nice weather, I didn't get to stamp at all this weekend. My plan is to now play catch up with all the fun challenges from the end of last week, this weekend, and today. Needless to say, I'm hoping to stamp a bunch today!
I made this card this morning for the new challenge on Whimsy Stamps Challenges and paired it with the sketch from Friday Sketchers! The challenge at Whimsy Challenges is to make a monochromatic project using only one color and one neutral. I chose to go with purple and white. For the sketch, I did flip the original one to accommodate my image.
The image is Pajama Time Emma, colored with Copics. The papers are Elegant Eggplant and Almost Amethyst cardstock and some DSP from an old SU! prints pack. I also embossed some of the papers with the Paisley folder and CB. I added some lace ribbon which came from my local craft store. The flower is a Prima with a fabric rose center. The sentiment is from the Whimsy set Simply Said.Thanks for stopping on by. I'm off now to clean up the house and finish some laundry and then hopefully, STAMP!
