Designer Paper Book - Blog Candy!

A few weeks back I received the cutest handmade book from my friend Jo, of Only Joking. She made the book with instructions she found on Pretty Pressings. The one Jo made was filled with Magnolia stamp images. They are so cute. Check out Jo's blog to see samples of Magnolia's. I posted her book a little while back on my blog. Click on the link and you can see the one she made.

I finally got around to making one of these books myself. This is my first attempt. Not perfect, but a good start. I didn't really do too much to the inside, yet. I'll work on that later.

Now to the blog candy....I'm planning to fill the pages with some newer stamped images, from the current Spring/Summer catalog, Sale-a-Bration mini, and the new Occasions Mini. If you would like a chance to win this booklet and some extra goodies, this is what you need to do. Seeing as this book is made with Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!, please leave a comment on this post, telling us your favorite designer printed paper, whether it's Stampin' Up! or some other brand. Please be sure to include your name and blog info, this way I can easily find the winner. I'll do a random drawing on Thursday, March 13th at 9am. The winner will be announced at that time. Have fun and thanks for playing! :)

Wow! What an awesome book and cool blog candy. It would be absolutely perfect for a new demonstrator (such as myself, lol) who doesn't have a whole lot of product (again, me!) to show her new customers and to display just what you can do with SU products. I would so love to have a copy!!! My favorite paper right now is SU's Bali Breeze. I just ordered two packs for my first demonstration. Can't wait to get started and thanks for the opportunity!

I am a paper junkie but have never purchased SU paper. I love textured printed paper that is printed on both sides-such a waste otherwise. so I can't nail it to just one company-it there is two sided paper, I will buy it!

I love all paper, but I will tell you what SU Designer series paper is next on my list. Berry Bliss. I like the coloring on the flower on your book. Very nice.

Denise your book is BEAUTIFUL! How nice to offer it as candy, it is sweeter then sweet:)

I really do not have a favorite, I like the texture and thickness of Basic Grey but prefer any that is double sided. If the pattern and color strikes me I buy it... then take it home and collect it! HAHA

Tough question! I love DP!! I guess my favorite at the moment is Cerise - which was in the last SU catty - I bought 2 packs and am hoarding it - I love looking at it and am waiting for the PERFECT inspiration to hit before I cut it!

This week my favorite has been Western Sky from SU. Last week it was some Basic Gray I had picked up at Archivers. I think it all depends on what project I am currently working on. I just love any double sided paper because of the options it gives me. Darlene L

This is so pretty! Love this stamp set and the paper! If I had to choose my fav paper I think it would be SU! Afternoon Tea or Porcelain Prints or Berry Bliss...or...;-)

Papertrey DP is my favorite at the moment because it's made to match the 2 colors of paper that made it's debut this month at Papertrey. I don't have any of SU DP's, but I have a lot of their cardstock. My favorite is their Certainly Celery.
